Favorite quote: “The best swordsman in the world doesn’t fear the second best, he fears the worst, because he has no idea what the idiot is going to try to do.”
Most heard quote in paintball: “Where the %^*# are they?!?”
Playing Since: March, 2006
Best Paintball Moment: “A single snapshot from the hip into the mask of someone rushing my position (that fish gets bigger every time I tell it……). Also firing my grenade launcher over the heads of the latest unsuspecting bunch of newbies on my side—their expressions are always priceless.”
Worst Paintball Moment: “I was running for a bunker and suddenly slid flat on my back in the mud, with my air tank right in the small of my back. Don’t wear tennis shoes when playing paintball in the mud. That one hurt for weeks, and smelled worse for even longer (which ref peed in that water anyway?!).”
History: Doc has been hooked on paintball since his first game at his bachelor party in March 2006, even after being “Bachelored” with paintballs by everyone at the party at 10 paces. He is a sucker for using paint grenades (even when they fail), so outdoor Scenario games were the natural next step for him, the bigger the better. He started Team Aches and Pains over the fall and winter of 2006 out of his veterinary practice with his closest friends, family and colleagues, and couldn’t be happier to have a team of friends for his new outlet of having fun on a paintball field.
